A friend of mine just finished culinary school and is off to Dublin, Ireland at the restaurant Chapter One for an internship. She has started a terrific blog of her time in this kitchen. Chapter One is a "farm-to-table" restaurant. "The cooking style is classically based with a lot of French influence while retaining a good sense of Irish authenticity through the use of locally grown organic and artisan produce. All menus are seasonally based."
